[News] Taiwan Association of Business Schools Celebrates Successful 4th Board Meeting & Deans' Academic Exchange Event
The "4th Board Meeting & Deans' Academic Exchange Event" of the Taiwan Association of Business Schools(TABS), hosted by the College of Business at National Taipei University (NTPU), successfully concluded on April 18th at NTPU's Sanxia campus. Business school deans and representatives from universities across Taiwan gathered for this high-level exchange focused on strategic vision and local cultural immersion.
The event featured a board meeting discussing the association's operations and future collaborations. A networking lunch fostered inter-institutional connections. In the afternoon, NTPU College of Business and the Center for Haishan Research organized a visit by a local award-winning tea merchant, who introduced Sanxia's tea culture and the history of the Sanxia Farmers' Association. Participants sampled local green teas and explored potential university-industry partnerships.
Following the tea session, guests met with the President of NTPU and President of the Alumni Association, where they engaged in meaningful discussions and shared their academic experiences. After the meeting, guests took a stroll around the campus to appreciate the natural beauty of National Taipei University. The event concluded with a "Body Movement Load Training (BMLT)" experience at the NTPU's sports center. Participants learned about and tried the internationally patented BMLT equipment, highlighting the importance of holistic development for business professionals.
This event strengthened academic dialogue and collaboration among business schools, demonstrating NTPU's commitment to University Social Responsibility. NTPU College of Business and the TABS will continue to promote inter-institutional cooperation and knowledge sharing to drive innovation in Taiwan's business education.
