The Joint Workshop between NTPU and Waseda UniversitySEP.24, 2024From September 1 to 7, 2024, Vice President Dr. Hsiang-Lin Chih, Dean Dr. Chi-Jui Huang, Chair. Shu-Ling Chen, Associate Professor Hsueh-Ling Wu, and 24 students from the College of Business visited Tokyo, Japan. During the trip, they participated in the JFBS (Japan Forum of Business and Society) seminar and joined a workshop titled “CSR and Corporate Finance – in the context of Japanese firms” with 22 students from Waseda University. Additionally, we visited the headquarters of Kikkoman in Tokyo to learn about the company’s sustainability strategies and goals. Professor Kanji Tanimoto from Waseda University in Japan led a group of 21 Waseda students to Taiwan for an exchange program themed "The Challenges of Sustainable Management." The event began with a lecture by Dr. Hsiang-Lin Chi, Vice President of National Taipei University, followed by large presentations from students of both universities. The program concluded with group discussions, where participants explored the methods used by Taiwanese and Japanese companies to address sustainable management issues. |

2016臺灣財務金融學會年會暨國際研討會 MAY 27~28, 2016本系與臺灣財務金融學會於2016.05.27~28共同舉辦「2016年臺灣財務金融學會年會暨國際研討會」，此次會議主題為「金融與美好社會」，進行金融學術與實務對話與交流。會議邀請到在財務領域具有崇高學術聲譽的學者Professor Harrison Hong擔任主講者，Hong教授目前任教於Princeton University，擔任John H. Scully ’66 Professor of Economics and Finance。本次研討會除了專題演講外，尚包括26場學術發表、1場教學個案發表、2場專題演講、3場實務講座及1場學術講座。 |

企業社會責任研討會– 亞洲CSR發展的未來、挑戰與方向Nov. 04, 2015邀請早稻田大學商學院「日本企業與社會論壇 (Japan Forum of Business and Society, JFBS)」主席Prof. Kanji Tanimoto (谷本 寬治教授)，以及黃正忠博士 (KPMG安侯永續發展顧問股份有限公司總經理) 蒞校演講。希望藉由這次的研討會，能夠讓學術界、實務界 (如國泰人壽、國泰產險與國泰金控CSR部門等) 與亞洲CSR學者多交流，能於未來有繼續合作與互動的機會 (特別是有關於CSR in Japan, Taiwan, and Asia)。 |
