Guidelines for Preparing Application Materials

To assist applicants in preparing for the second-stage designated document review of the 2026 Academic Year university admissions process, the University provides information on each department’s admission philosophy, evaluation criteria, and preparation guidelines. These are supplemented with departmental regulations, suggested directions for learning preparation, and resources from ColleGo! for applicants’ reference.

Applicants are advised to focus on key points—quality is more important than quantity—and there is no need to emphasize graphic design or formatting skills. For detailed preparation guidelines and related information for each department, please refer to the link below.

Academic Integrity Statement

Integrity is a core value of the application process. To ensure fairness in the evaluation, applicants must guarantee that all submitted written materials are truthful and free from fabrication, exaggeration, or misleading content.

If generative AI tools were used during the preparation of application materials, applicants are required to retain original supporting documents (such as drafts, notes, references, or AI interaction records). When necessary, reviewers may request verification of these original materials to confirm the authenticity of the submission. All verification procedures will strictly adhere to privacy protection principles and will be conducted solely for the purpose of validating the accuracy of application materials.
