Application Deadline: September 30, 2015 (Monday)
Please prepare the following documents and submit them to the Department of Finance Office:
1. Original transcripts for the 113 academic year (including ranking)
2. Applicant's Basic Information Attachment Sheet (Download the Basic Information Attachment Sheet below)
3. Applicants must complete the application online (After completing the application online, please submit the paper version to the Department of Finance Office at the Taipei or Sanxia campus by September 30 to complete the scholarship application process. Applications that fail to submit paper versions or complete the online application will be deemed incomplete and will not be accepted.)
4. Applicants for the Welfare Scholarship must attach a biography and proof of low-income status.
Emergency Scholarships will be processed on a case-by-case basis and there is no time limit for applications.
※ The list of recipients will be determined by the Student Affairs Committee at a meeting. The list of recipients will be announced at that time, and the recipients will be notified to collect the required documents.
